Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification and Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to radiation safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Experience in diagnostic procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and specialty imaging procedures following clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare patients, positioning them accurately, and evaluating image quality.
• Manage patient information in electronic medical records and RIS, verify patient identity, and respond to contrast reactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and staff, including patient education and communication about procedures.
• Maintaining radiation safety, performing equipment checks, and adhering to safety policies to protect patients and staff.
• Supporting team operations, assisting with training, and participating in workflow and policy improvements.
