Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a credentialed Radiologic Technologist to lead the student clinical education program and coordinate clinical instruction in collaboration with the Radiologic Technology Program. The role combines hands-on diagnostic imaging with educational leadership to ensure patient safety and imaging excellence.

You will liaise with faculty, support accreditation needs, and mentor students while maintaining ALARA and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical education by supervising radiology students, coordinating clinical instruction, and evaluating aligned with ARRT and program requirements.
• Serve as the primary program liaison by communicating departmental updates and supporting accreditation needs.
• Support staff education through orientation, competency documentation, and ongoing training.
• Perform diagnostic imaging including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast, and invasive procedures per protocol.
• Ensure image quality through proper positioning, technique, documentation, and presentation to Radiologists.
• Administer contrast via IV, oral, and rectal routes per protocol.
• Operate portable imaging equipment and assist with patient movement using protective devices.
• Maintain compliance with ALARA, HIPAA, and all safety standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism through compassionate communication and patient-centered care.
