Position Details
  • Location: Havertown and Glen Mills, PA
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with clinical tasks, including performing x-rays, patient rooming, and supporting during exams
  • Handle patient calls, relay messages, and respond to urgent matters
  • Maintain schedules and handle pre-authorizations for imaging
Minimum Requirements
  • X-Ray License & ARRT Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Own transportation to multiple locations (mileage reimbursed)
  • Preferred: 3+ years experience in a medical office, familiarity with insurance processes, EMR/EHR experience
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, self-motivation, and excellent customer service skills
