Job description

Radiologic Technologist, CF, Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, Corcoran

This position is with the California Correctional Health Care Services at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, Kings County. It is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with a monthly salary range of $3,165 to $3,687. Please include the position number 587-213-9315-001 on your application. Job Responsibilities
  • Under supervision, instruct and prepare patients for radiologic exams.
  • Perform x-rays on various body parts.
  • Maintain radiologic equipment and facilities.
  • Keep accurate records and files.
  • Supervise incarcerated workers and patient conduct as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid California certification as a Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiology.
  • Either two years of radiologic experience under an accredited radiologist or completion of a two-year approved radiologic technology program.
