Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for a Radiologic Technologist to provide x-ray services, assist in patient care, and support medical teams in Middletown, NY. You will collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants while ensuring efficient operation of our care centers.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, performing imaging services, and maintaining records. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $29.50 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients under the direction of the clinical provider.
• Prepare patients for examination by verifying information and recording medical history.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Skills

Positioning patients properly for the X-ray procedure

Identifying equipment problems

Following infection control procedures

Education

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program

High School Diploma or equivalent
