Job summary

LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures using digital radiography and to deliver compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience.

The role requires an Associate degree or AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, Maryland license, and BLS/CPR. 1–3 years of radiology experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• 1–3 years radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures using prescribed imaging techniques and digital radiography equipment.
• Prepare and position patients ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team to support timely diagnostic results.
• Maintain imaging equipment and support efficient departmental workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Promote safety during procedures and daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree or completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology required ARRT certification required Current Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required 1-3 years of radiology experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills required Motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
