Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our fast-paced team. You will perform diagnostic x-rays, ensure patient safety, and support clinical staff during exams and treatments.

Ideal candidates have an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, state licensure, ARRT certification, and strong communication and multitasking skills. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• State licensure in Radiography and ARRT certification required.
• Medical Assistant program completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic x-rays as ordered and ensure patient safety.
• Explain procedures clearly and support clinical staff during exams.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment and manage images.
• Greet patients, answer calls, and maintain patient records.
• Comply with HIPAA and OSHA standards and assist with treatments.
