Job summary

ChristianaCare's Newark Hospital Imaging Department is actively recruiting a WIP Radiologic Technologist to cover day/evening shifts with 3 out of 4 weekends. The successful candidate will perform radiographic exams, develop and identify radiographs, and cover ED/Portables.

ARRT registration, Delaware license, and CPR certification are required. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for eligible candidates and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• Knowledge and proficiency in radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs with proper ID, date and time
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) and Portables, as needed
• QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and Digital Radiography systems
• Operating radiographic equipment (Phillips)

Responsibilities

• Use and proficiency with radiographic equipment
• Develop and identify radiographs with proper labeling
• Support ED and portable imaging coverage
• Perform QC on PACS/CR/DR systems
• Operate radiography equipment as required
