This position offers a competitive pay of $2000 - $2400 weekly gross and includes potential local contract-to-hire after the assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong Fluoroscopy experience and valid Radiology Technology certification (ARRT).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiology or a related field required.
• Proven Fluoroscopy experience is essential.
• Valid certification in Radiology Technology (ARRT) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Hysterosalpingography (HSG) required for travel candidates.

Length of Assignment: 13-week Travel Contract (Local Contract-to-Hire potential)

Schedule: 4 days per week, 9-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Medix is currently seeking a skilled Clinician for a travel assignment with one of our valued healthcare partners. In this role, you will work within a specialized clinical environment to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is eager to bring their expertise to a high-impact team while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Procedures: Perform Hysterosalpingography (HSG) procedures to examine the uterus and fallopian tubes for blockages or abnormalities.
• Imaging Excellence: Conduct diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring the production of high-quality radiographic images for physician review.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols, minimizing exposure to patients and clinical staff.
• Patient Care: Guide patients through imaging procedures with empathy, explaining the process to alleviate anxiety.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and imaging logs within the clinical system.

Required Skills

• Associate’s degree in Radiology or a related field.
• Proven Fluoroscopy experience.
• Valid certification in Radiology Technology (ARRT).
• For Travel Candidates: Previous experience in Hysterosalpingography (HSG), Reproductive Medicine, or a Women’s Health/Fertility Clinic setting is required.

• Experience with advanced imaging techniques.
• Proficiency with PACS and RIS systems.
