Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health and New England Baptist Hospital are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic exams, ensure image quality, and maintain patient safety across NEBH locations. You will verify orders, position patients, and track imaging in the RIS/PACS workflow while upholding ALARA principles.

Applicants should hold Massachusetts Radiologic License and ARRT certification; Heart Saver/BLS is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Massachusetts Radiologic License required.
• ARRT Certification required.
• Heart Saver or BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic exams across NEBH locations.
• Positions patients accurately for each projection.
• Adjusts exposure factors to produce diagnostic images.
• Ensures images reach PACS and are properly tracked for reporting.
• Maintains radiation safety and equipment integrity.
• Rotates to NEBH locations as needed.
