Job description

• Additional per-diem coverage for university athletic events as needed

Our client is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to support on-campus diagnostic imaging services. This role is responsible for performing radiographic procedures, assisting with ECG testing, and ensuring all imaging services meet regulatory and quality standards. The position also plays a key role in coordinating care with internal providers and external radiology and cardiology partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and ECG procedures in accordance with provider orders, protocols, and safety standards
• Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort, accuracy, and radiation safety
• Manage imaging workflows, including transmitting studies, coordinating urgent requests, and supporting timely interpretation
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor reports to ensure appropriate follow-up
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment, PACS systems, and related supplies while troubleshooting basic issues
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and proper handling of imaging records and radiation safety tracking
