Our client is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to support on-campus diagnostic imaging services. This role is responsible for performing radiographic procedures, assisting with ECG testing, and ensuring all imaging services meet regulatory and quality standards. The position also plays a key role in coordinating care with internal providers and external radiology and cardiology partners.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray and ECG procedures in accordance with provider orders, protocols, and safety standards
- Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort, accuracy, and radiation safety
- Manage imaging workflows, including transmitting studies, coordinating urgent requests, and supporting timely interpretation
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor reports to ensure appropriate follow-up
- Operate and maintain radiography equipment, PACS systems, and related supplies while troubleshooting basic issues
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and proper handling of imaging records and radiation safety tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Active New Jersey radiologic technologist license (NJDEP)
- ARRT certification
- CPR/AED certification (AHA)
- At least 3 years of experience in radiology (hospital or outpatient setting)
