Tidelands Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist I to perform radiographic procedures with strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This role requires initiative and minimal supervision to support adult and pediatric imaging across our facilities.
Responsibilities include patient education, accurate history documentation, proper positioning with shielding, and operating X-ray equipment. Certification requirements include ARRT and SCRQSA with BLS adherence.

Radiologic Technologist I

Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology; a high degree of technical competency and with the ability to act with initiative and ingenuity with minimal supervision. Apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and/or pediatric radiology.

Associates degree from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
Minimum of one (1) year Radiologic Technology experience preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) required to stand, sit, and walk; occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) to use hands, fingers; and frequently to talk or hear. The employee must exert 20 to 35 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
