Job summary

HealthTronics is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to join our ESWL program in the Gulfport, MS area. You will receive paid training and work independently across multiple hospitals to position patients and operate imaging equipment.

The role involves travel to partner sites in the Southern Louisiana region with a 7:00AM-3:00PM schedule, and offers a 40-hour pay guarantee plus company vehicle, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with EMR and modern imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with physicians and OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Become an ESWL expert with paid training (no prior lithotripsy experience required).
• Travel to partner hospitals and surgical centers.
• Assist Urologists in lithotripsy procedures and ensure accurate positioning.
• Load, unload and set up mobile lithotripsy equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

Are you a licensed Radiologic Technologist looking to expand your expertise in a specialized field with paid training and no micromanagement? HealthTronics offers a flexible, rewarding opportunity for techs who want to work independently while making an impact in patient care.

We provide paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a cutting-edge, non-invasive procedure used to treat kidney stones. You'll work alongside top Urologists, ensuring precision in patient positioning and equipment operation. This route requires servicing multiple hospitals, surgery centers throughout the New Orleans area.

This route services 6-7 hospitals throughout the Southern Louisiana region. The route includes; Houma, LA, Thibodaux, LA, Metairie, LA & Gulf Port, MI & New Orleans. Most cases are M-F scheduled between 7:00AM-3:00PM (Arrival & setup is 1-hour prior to the case)

• Weekends are not typical but can happen if an emergency case is scheduled

What We're Looking For:

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy - comfortable using EMR & modern imaging equipment
• Strong communication & teamwork skills - you'll be working with physicians & OR staff
• Valid driver's license - travel is required, but we provide the vehicle!
