Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.
• Current ARRT registration required at hire.
• Permit to Practice by Iowa DPH required at hire.
• Mandatory Report Certs within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Located primarily in the Fort Dodge Clinic.
• Performs ordered diagnostic medical radiographs.
• Operates fixed and mobile x-ray equipment and conducts image processing/QA.
• Supports safe patient care and efficient Radiology Department operations.
• Complies with HIPAA and access to PHI as necessary.

Job Description

• This position is located primarily in the Fort Dodge Clinic
• Performs ordered diagnostic medical radiographs
• Operates fixed and mobile x-ray equipment, performs other associated functions such as clerical duties and image processing/quality assurance and is also responsible for assisting to ensure efficient functioning and safe patient care is upheld within the Radiology Department
• HIPPA requirements: access to PHI as necessary

• Graduate of an Approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Current registration by the ARRT at hire
• Current Permit to Practice by Iowa DPH at hire
• Mandatory Report Certs (Dependent Adult and Child) within 6 months
