OrthoNY in Saratoga Springs, NY, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time daytime role. The position involves preparing patients, operating radiology equipment, and assisting physicians to ensure quality imaging and patient care.

Salary ranges from $31.00 to $49.00 per hour, with pay based on experience. New grads welcome; Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Formación

• Minimum graduation from an accredited school in radiologic technology.
• Unrestricted NYS Radiologic Technologist license in NYS.
• ARRT Certification.
• 1-2 years of Radiologic Technology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Document an appropriate patient history containing pertinent information about their condition and limitations.
• Prepare patient for procedure by providing instruction and education.
• Select and operate equipment; recognize essential condition for successful completion of procedure.
• Perform Medical Assistant duties when required such as cast removal, stitches and staples removal, dressing changes and other patient needs.
• Assist physician in patient care as requested.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
