Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist for CHA Cambridge Hospital. The role involves performing diagnostic radiology procedures, protecting patients with proper radiation safety, and ensuring high-quality radiographs.

Position features a 10-hour night shift (10:00pm–7:00am) on Fridays and Saturdays with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience and hours. Location is CHA Cambridge Hospital; American Heart Association BLS is required.

Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures including chest, abdomen and skeletal exams.
• Ensure radiographs meet quality standards and follow radiation protection practices.
• Care for patients during imaging procedures and assist with positioning as needed.

Our Radiology Department is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of care in an efficient and timely manner. The department will be as accessible and sensitive to patient's comfort, safety and dignity as possible within the scope of services.

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing all required routine and emergent procedures in diagnostic radiology, including but not limited to chest, single, and multiple view abdomen, as well as all elements of skeletal exams. The incumbent is responsible for the physical needs of the patient undergoing the exam, as well as radiation protection practices. The incumbent must be able to independently determine the quality of radiographs to ensure the highest value of the radiological exam.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• American Heart Association BLS required.

Pay Range: $43.00 - $59.20 per hour
