Job summary

Bridger Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our busy clinical team. You will perform diagnostic radiographic examinations and operate digital X-ray/C-arm equipment to support orthopedic care.

The role involves patient positioning, mobility considerations, and collaboration with physicians and MAs across multiple locations. Travel between sites is required, and adherence to safety protocols is essential to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

Job description

Bridger Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech who enjoys a busy, fast-paced clinical environment and wants to work alongside orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Our Radiologic Technologists play an important role in providing exceptional care to our patients while obtaining high-quality diagnostic images to support the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions.

What You'll Do
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations for a wide variety of orthopedic patients.
  • Effectively and safely operate digital X-ray equipment.
  • Operate C-arm equipment and assist with procedures requiring fluoroscopic imaging.
  • Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Work with patients with varying levels of mobility, including ambulatory patients, patients using crutches or wheelchairs, and patients arriving by gurney.
  • Assist with safely lifting, transferring, and positioning patients onto X-ray tables when necessary.
  • Work closely with orthopedic physicians, medical assistants, and other Radiologic Technologists to provide efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation.
  • Follow radiation safety standards and established clinical protocols.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-friendly imaging environment.
  • Travel between our clinical locations as needed.
