The Radiologic Technologist (XRT) performs diagnostic imaging to assist clinicians in diagnosing diseases and injuries. You will support patients through imaging procedures and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and position patients; explain procedures to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
2. Practice radiation safety to minimize exposure.
3. Prepare images for radiologist review.
4. Assist with Medical Assistant duties to maintain patient flow.
5. Attend staff and departmental meetings.
6. Complete DOT training for Urine Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Tests.
7. Propose process and workflow improvements.
8. Work independently within established procedures.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise gained through training and experience; may lead others but not a supervisor.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• 3+ years healthcare leadership experience.
• Current CRT certification.
• CPR-BLS certification.
• Registration with ARRT or equivalent credentialing agency.
