Job summary

Essentia Health in Ashland, WI is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic studies, provide patient services, and perform radiographic procedures in an ambulatory care setting. This role supports varied imaging needs within the Ashland Clinic and reports to the Department: 2242200 GENERAL RADIOLOGY.

Qualifications include AMA Radiography program graduate with ARRT certification within 90 days of hire or transfer and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Radiography Program with ARRT eligibility/certification within 90 days.
• Must meet ARRT licensing requirements and state license where applicable.
• Experience in ambulatory care imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic and/or research purposes.

In this role you will get too: Responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, providing patient services, and performing radiographic procedures in an ambulatory care setting.

Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer AND have the MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer

EH Duluth, SMHS and St. Mary's Medical Center:

• Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer
