Job summary

HealthTronics is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to join our Western North Carolina region. You will receive paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) and work independently across hospitals and surgery centers, ensuring precise patient positioning and imaging for lithotripsy procedures.

You’ll travel within Western NC and adjacent states, enjoy a 40-hour pay guarantee, vehicle provided, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy; comfortable using EMR & imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; travel required to partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Become an ESWL expert with paid training.
• Travel to partner hospitals and surgical centers.
• Assist urologists in lithotripsy procedures with accurate positioning and imaging.
• Load, unload and set up mobile lithotripsy equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and HIPAA-compliant practices.

You'll work alongside top Urologists, ensuring precision in patient positioning and equipment operation. This route requires servicing multiple hospitals, surgery centers throughout the Western North Carolina area (Hickory, Hendersonville, Murphy), Kingsport TN, Greer, SC, and Blairsville, GA areas.

What You'll Do:

• Become an ESWL expert with paid training (no prior lithotripsy experience required!)
• Travel to partner hospitals & surgical centers—listen to your favorite music or podcast while on the road!
• Assist Urologists in lithotripsy procedures, ensuring accurate positioning and imaging.
• Load, unload & set up mobile lithotripsy equipment (we provide all necessary tools and training).
• Ensure patient safety & compliance with hospital protocols and HIPAA guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy—comfortable using EMR & modern imaging equipment
• Strong communication & teamwork skills—you'll be working with physicians & OR staff
• Valid driver's license—travel is required, but we provide the vehicle!
