Provide high-quality radiology services, ensuring patient safety and accurate imaging in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities include preparing radiology rooms, developing images, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols. Exercise professional judgment during diagnostic procedures, communicate effectively with patients of all ages, and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and OSHA policies. Input patient information accurately into electronic records, observe patient conditions, and respond to contrast reactions appropriately. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform quality assurance activities. Assist in training staff and coordinating workflows to optimize operations. Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, supporting organizational goals. Maintain a neat and stocked radiology environment, rotate shifts as needed, and uphold safety standards at all times.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) and BLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of procedures, safety, infection control, and patient care across all age groups
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Preferred: One year of diagnostic imaging experience
