Job summary

Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a Radiologic Technician for full-time work in St. Augustine, FL. You will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging, maintain EMRs, and ensure safe radiation practices in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1+ year in urgent care or patient care setting preferred.
• Knowledge: medical terminology, imaging practices, anatomy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and explain procedures clearly.
• Produce high-quality radiographs to support accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain and update patient EMRs; provide copies of images upon request.
• Ensure images are uploaded correctly into PACS.
• Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance; arrange repairs when needed.
• Monitor radiation safety to protect patients and staff.
• Travel intermittently between clinic locations, as needed.
