Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's Baylor University Medical Center – Downtown Dallas is seeking a Radiologic Technologist. Under a Radiologist, you perform radiology procedures ordered by physicians, following established protocols.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality radiology procedures according to exam protocol and established standards.
• Maintains patient safety and manages radiation dose references per protocol.
• Uses AIDET to communicate with patients and ensures correct exam is performed.
• Prepares patient and area for the procedure and adjusts equipment controls for exposure factors.
• Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards; assists in inventory and supplies.
