Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment, perform diagnostic radiographs and routine procedures, and provide compassionate patient services across all ages in a busy imaging department.

The role requires proficiency in advanced imaging including fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures, strict adherence to standards, and the ability to deliver complex technical care to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 4 years of experience required.
• ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer Registration required upon hire and BCLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities and delivers care to all age groups (neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric).
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures) and provides more complex technical care to meet identified patient needs.
