Qualifications

• Proficiency in course development and academic advising.
• Degrees from non-U.S. institutions must be recognized as equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Prepare lessons and materials aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Student Support and Success: Maintain communication, provide advising and tutoring, support student engagement.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: Regularly assess outcomes and contribute to program improvement.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: Participate in meetings, mentor new faculty, collaborate across departments.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Adhere to standards, document data, support accreditation.
• Other Duties: Ensure materials are relevant and maintain classroom resources.
