Job summary

Fletcher Technical Community College in Louisiana seeks a Radiologic Technology Program Coordinator and Faculty member for a 9-month unclassified position. You will coordinate course schedules, clinical placements, and student eligibility, and teach radiologic technology courses.

The role includes curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation readiness, and collaboration with the Director to ensure instructional quality and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with teaching eligibility.
• Current ARRT certification and registration in radiography or equivalent credential.
• At least two years of clinical radiologic technology experience.
• At least one year of teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, instruction, supervision and advising.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, clinical placements and student eligibility.
• Maintain program statistics, student records, syllabi, examinations and clinical docs.
• Monitor attendance, progress, clinical requirements and student outcomes; escalate concerns.
• Maintain communication with students, faculty, sites, advisory committees, and leadership.
• Support student orientation, registration, advising, graduation activities and board paperwork.
• Assist with recruitment events, open houses, tutoring and professional development.
• Coordinate and supervise student clinical experiences including safety and performance.
• Assist with program outcome assessment, annual reports and accreditation readiness.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment with equitable treatment of all students.
