Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related discipline and ARRT radiography credentials.
• Current NY DOH radiologic license and ARRT registration required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical radiologic experience; 2+ years teaching in a JRCERT program preferred.
• Strong curriculum design, evaluation, instruction and advising skills; excellent organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic and clinical radiologic courses and coordinate curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
• Support program accreditation and assessment processes.
• Assist program director with operations and budget planning.
• Advise and mentor students; participate in committees and research.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in related discipline

Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiography

Current ARRT certification and registration in Mammography or other (preferred)

New York State DOH Radiologic Technologist License and Registration

Minimum of three years’ clinical experience

Minimum of two years’ instructor or higher in a JRCERT accredited program

Proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
