UCHealth seeks a Radiography – X Ray Technologist to perform imaging procedures in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting at Steele Street Center in Denver, CO. The role emphasizes direct patient care, prioritizing exams and patient education while maintaining safety and quality.

Requirements include ARRT registration, a radiologic technologist license if required, and BLS certification; expectation of 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Minimum of one year of radiology experience.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with required specialty certs if applicable.
• State licensure where required by law.
• BLS – CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient history and initiates radiographic images per physician order.
• Safely administers contrast media or related imaging medications and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports appropriately.
• Applies imaging techniques to ensure image clarity and equipment function per best practices (AART).
