Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiographic equipment, position patients, and ensure high-quality X-ray imaging. You will explain procedures, follow safety protocols, and support department workflow with a collaborative team.

The role requires AART registration or eligibility and CPR certification. Evening and holiday coverage is required; work location includes multiple Naperville sites with varied shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 2 years related experience
• Must be AART registered or eligible and IDNS licensed
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs for diagnostic purposes
• Position patient and adjust immobilization devices for optimal views
• Explain procedures to reduce patient anxiety and obtain cooperation
• Move and adjust x-ray equipment to set exposure factors
• Apply radiation protection practices to minimize exposure
• Maintain crash cart and stock inventory
• Follow OSHA regulations and department policies
• Assist lead technologist and collaborate with team
• Work evenings and holidays as required
• Support film quality control and workflow efficiency
