Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiography program or equivalent education.
• Certification or licensure as a Radiographer as required by the appropriate regulatory body.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, anatomy, and radiation safety principles.
• Ability to operate radiographic and imaging equipment proficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic and imaging equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing discomfort and radiation exposure.
• Review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy; communicate with radiologists and healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and procedural documentation; assist with calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Provide compassionate patient care and education regarding imaging procedures.
