General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking an entry-level Boundary Monitor at the Quonset Point Facility in North Kingstown, RI. The role focuses on preventing access to radiography areas while radiography operations occur and verifying radiation measurements at the boundary for the Radiographer-in-Charge.

Responsibilities include securing areas, working in confined spaces, and following EB procedures. This 3rd shift position requires the ability to work extended hours or weekends and to

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Semi-advanced mathematical skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Ability to interpret shipyard procedures.

Mansioni

• Secure, monitor, and survey work areas during radiographic testing.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights; lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoors in various conditions.
• Demonstrate competency in understanding Electric Boat procedures.
