The role requires ASNT Level 1 (or higher) certification, a high school diploma with relevant experience, and strong mathematical and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years manufacturing, fabrication, inspection or mechanical engineering experience; ASNT Certification - Level 1.
• Technical certification in aerospace engineering, mechanical systems, or related field.
• Extensive radiographic inspections experience with advanced imaging to detect internal defects and verify specifications.
• Proficiency interpreting radiographic images, optimizing exposure settings, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Skilled in setup, calibration, and operation of radiographic equipment (X-ray/gamma-ray) and related tools.
• Level II in Industrial Radiography certification.
• Strong understanding of material science and metallurgy related to inspection outcomes.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings; knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, calibrate, and operate NDT tools and equipment to ensure accurate inspection results.
• Conduct non-destructive testing using ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, or dye penetrant methods.
• Analyze inspection data using basic statistics and tolerances to support decisions.
• Ensure inspections follow industry standards, company protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training and teamwork to enhance performance and flexibility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area following 5S principles.
