Purpose & Scope:

Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level, requiring minimal supervision. Executes various technical procedures involving ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis, demonstrating ingenuity and initiative. Responsible for designated areas and procedures as assigned.

Education:

Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program is required.

Experience:

Preferred: One year of healthcare/medical radiology experience.

Certification/Licensure:

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.

BLS certification required.
