Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking a Radiographer to deliver safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging while helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their experience. You will work with patients of all ages and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Weekend/holiday rotation is required for both full- and part-time roles. Associate degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT certification are required; BLS is expected upon hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, required
• Experience as Registered X-Ray Tech preferred
• Strong patient-care and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Produce radiological procedures with high care and safety
• Maintain documentation and privacy in accordance with HIPAA
• Adhere to ALARA and safety standards
• Operate x-ray equipment, including C‑arms and portable units
• Instruct students and new staff after 1 year of experience
• Work independently and support billing codes in RIS
