Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, physical chemistry, radiochemistry, or related field, OR Master’s with 1+ year professional laboratory experience, OR Bachelor’s with 3+ years professional
• Experience in quantitative, radiochemistry, or instrumental chemistry laboratory work in public health or environmental settings
• Ability to work in laboratory conditions with exposure to harmful fumes and chemicals and operate sophisticated equipment
• Willingness to respond with short notice to public health emergencies and natural disasters
• Valid Vermont operator's license and willingness to travel
