Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions in Washington is seeking an experienced Radio Technician to maintain and repair radio equipment and ensure smooth audio transmission. You will work with transmitters, receivers, antennas and related hardware to keep broadcast operations running.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience, knowledge of FCC regulations, and strong diagnostic skills. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth in a dynamic engineering team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Radio Technician or similar role.

Responsibilities

A reputable radio station in Washington is seeking an experienced Radio Technician to join our team As a Radio Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all radio equipment and ensuring smooth transmission of audio signals This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and audio equipment to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair radio equipment including transmitters receivers antennas and other technical components
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on all radio equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Coordinate with other staff members to schedule repairs and maintenance during offair hours
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on the equipment
• Stay up to date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the engineering department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of radio equipment including transmitters receivers antennas and other technical components
• Familiarity with FCC regulations and compliance standards for broadcasting equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform repairs in a timely manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other staff members

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position
