Job summary

Compass Point Federal, an AKIMA Company, is seeking a Project Analyst to support a contract award for a mission-oriented program at Ft. Huachuca.

The role involves developing training materials, coordinating with facilitators, and supporting Army MARS operations, including content creation and social media moderation. The candidate should have at least two years of technical training experience, a relevant BA, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to obtain the necessary

Qualifications

Two years of experience creating or delivering technical training in an operational setting.
BA in Communications, English, Technical Writing, or related field or combination of relevant experience and OTJ training may substitute.
Ability to speak, write and understand English.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop instructional material, training activities, and exercises; update and maintain training content.
Coordinate implementation with facilitators and assess training effectiveness.
Create media to support training and program operations and moderate social media to promote objectives.
