Job summary

Corewell Health seeks a part-time Radiation Therapist to simulate patients for treatment planning and administer prescribed radiation under supervision. You will prepare rooms, position patients, and perform imaging per physician directions, contributing to precise external beam and brachytherapy workflows.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree, ARRT Radiation Therapy certification, and BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety.
• Board eligibility with certification within 90 days of hire.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Simulates patients for treatment planning and delivers prescribed radiation.
• Administers doses using radiation therapy equipment per oncologist orders.
• Assists with imaging (CBCT/IGRT) and treatment planning support.
• Coordinates with physics, nursing, dosimetry, and physicians to ensure care.
• Audits charts and manages treatment schedules and supplies.
