• Ensure QA checks and weekly chart reviews are completed.
• Maintain employee records and assist with performance appraisals.
• Monitor productivity and stay within budgetary constraints.
• Serve as clinical liaison between therapy staff, physics and physicians.
• Educate staff on billing and documentation changes.
