Trinity Health's MercyOne Des Moines Cancer Center seeks a medical physicist to join a well-established team in a 40-hour week environment at MercyOne Des Moines. The role focuses on delivering high-quality radiation therapy with strong collaboration across multidisciplinary staff.

The ideal candidate holds an MS or PhD in medical physics, has completed a therapy residency, and is board certified or eligible.

• Experience in a clinical radiation oncology setting preferred.

Qualifications

• The preferred candidate will have an MS or PhD,will havecompleted a therapy medical physics residency, andwillbe board certified or board eligible.

• Miscellaneous QA equipment: SNC 3D tank, IC Profiler, PC electrometer,Standard Imaging A12s ion chambers, QAStereochecker, Fluke electrometers, SNC Edge detectors, SNC125 chambers,Profiler2, Mapcheck2,CIRS motion phantom,MRI distortion phantom,SNC 1D tank.
