Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• ARRT-registered and state-licensed Radiation Therapy Technologist.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in Radiation Therapy.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation and technical leadership of all radiation therapy therapists.
• Coordinate and balance therapy workload; provide direction to the team.
• Coordinate daily operations; help schedule physicians, patients and therapists for daily treatment.
• Establish and track quality metrics; report monthly and quarterly results.
