Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a civilian Radiographic Technologist ( CT Tech) opportunity at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. The role involves performing radiation therapy delivery and CT simulation for oncology patients within the Radiation Oncology Clinic, under the Chief of Radiation Oncology.

The position is full-time with no weekends, offering a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• JRCERT-accredited radiation therapist program required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Shall perform all aspects of radiation therapy delivery and assist in administrative functions within the Radiation Oncology Clinic, as needed.
• Receive patients, explain treatment procedures, position patients, and confer with the Radiation Oncologist and Dosimetrist regarding treated volumes.
• Perform CT simulation for all patients and ensure documentation is properly completed.
