Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a civilian Lead Radiographic Technologist at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi. Lead the radiation therapy team, oversee daily simulation and treatment workflows, and coordinate equipment assignments to ensure patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi License is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a physical, radiological, biological science, or engineering field from an accredited institution; graduate from a JRCERT-accredited radiation therapist program.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for daily simulation and treatment operations, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate implementation to ensure high standards of performance.
• Coordinate treatment machine assignments for therapists to maintain adequate staffing for patient needs.
• Participate in Radiation Therapy and Medical Physics Quality Assurance/Risk Management programs.

Mississippi Medical License

ARRT Certification

Bachelor of Science in Physical, Radiological, Biological Science, or Engineering

Graduate from a JRCERT-accredited radiation therapist program
