The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Radiotherapy Technology and ARRT-T certification. The position offers competitive compensation, including a starting rate of $34.02 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $4,500, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiotherapy Technology from an accredited school or 120 credit hours toward a JCERT-accredited bachelor program.
• Certification as ARRT-T within 3 months of hire.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to provide compassionate, empathetic care.
• Prior radiation therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiation therapy equipment to administer prescribed doses of radiation.
• Plan and simulate treatments and review them with the Oncologist.
• Maintain daily treatment schedules.
• Perform daily equipment warm-ups and monitor equipment status.
• Assist in organizing patient workflow.
