Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Radiation Therapist in Centerburg, Ohio. Join a top hospital with growth opportunities, a 7:00–3:30 schedule, no weekends or holidays, and a 15K sign-on bonus. You will ensure policy adherence, QA/QI, and high-quality patient care within the radiation therapy department.

Requirements include ARRT (T) licensing, OH Department of Health license, a 3–5 year radiation therapy background, and BLS certification. Related education or a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Training Program.
• Current license from the ARRT specific to Radiation Therapy - ARRT (T).
• Maintain a valid Radiation Therapist license from the Ohio Department of Health.
• 3-5 years of radiation therapy experience with training in simulation and planning; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs the duties of a radiation therapist and administrative tasks as assigned by the department director.
• Reviews, writes, and updates radiation policy and procedures.
• Educates staff on policy/procedures and ODH requirements.
• Reviews ODH Administrative Code requirements and assists with meeting them.
• Monitors and logs equipment quality checks; ensures equipment is in safe working condition.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and repairs are completed.
• Chairs and documents radiation therapy QA and improvement meetings.
• Assists with QA/QI plans and acts as a resource for staff; supports CoC standards.
• Assists with coordinating patient care based on patient needs.
• Assists in staff selection, training, and orientation for radiation therapy personnel.
• Supports in staff competencies and evaluations; understands radiation oncology billing procedures.
• Assists physicist with safety requirements and EMR implementation and use.
