Sign on Bonus Eligible: $15,000 (2 year commitment)

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Delivers therapeutic radiation and patient care services as prescribed by physician.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs patient simulations. (20%)
2. Delivers prescribed radiation treatment. (50%)
3. Assesses, supports and educates patients according to specific department guidelines. (10%)
4. Maintains medical records for treatment delivery, charge entry and quality assurance in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelines. (15%)
5. Performs other duties as assigned or required, including but not limited to mentoring employees/students and participating in department and organizational initiatives. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

1. ARRT Registered Technologist, RT(T) in good standing or board eligible (must complete certification within 1 year of hire).
2. CPR – American Heart Association
3. Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
4. Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
5. Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
