Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Radiation Therapist who will perform patient treatments under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist in our Missouri facility.

You will prepare patients and charts, deliver precise treatments, assist physicians with procedures, and support imaging and dosimetry with the latest technology. No prior experience is required; ARRT RT(T) certification and state licensure are required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Board Certified by ARRT (RT[T]).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure as R.T.(T) required.
• No prior experience necessary.

Job description

This position involves performing patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. The role requires preparing patients and charts before procedures, delivering accurate treatments, coordinating patient scheduling, and assisting physicians with procedures by preparing supplies. The therapist administers radiopharmaceutical treatments, provides patient education, and supports advanced treatment techniques using the latest technology in radiation therapy, including imaging, dosimetry, and HDR treatments.
