Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers prescribed radiation therapy per department protocols.
• Verifies patient identity verbally and visually before treatment.
• Reviews treatment chart to confirm diagnosis, area, energy, and dose.
• Explains treatment procedure to patient and prepares room/equipment.
• Maintains treatment records accurately and timely.
• Ensures radiation safety for patient, staff and self.
