Qualifications

• Analytical ability to set up equipment and position patients precisely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians and staff.
• Ability to work with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Registered Radiation Therapist requirements and related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient data for treatment accuracy.
• Schedule patients and educate them on pre- and post-treatment steps.
• Prepare treatment room and equipment per prescription and safety devices.
• Collaborate with physicist and dosimetrist at treatment initiation.
• Assist in imaging, simulation, and dose verification processes.
• Maintain patient safety, documentation, and quality assurance.
