Role Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and implement radiation treatments in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist's prescription and instructions.
• Check patient information, prepare room and equipment, communicate with patients, transfer patients, perform radiation treatments, maintain schedules and supplies, keep records, and assist with teaching.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Clinical understanding of medical and radiation oncology processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Radiation and Medical Oncology.
• Registered by the ARRT in Radiation Therapy.
• Current State License (if applicable).
• Completion of LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to meet all client site access requirements, which may include background checks, immunizations, and other healthcare training.
• Proficiency in standard business tools (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Associate’s or Bachelors Degree with relevant experience; experience preferred but open to new graduates.
